Our technician was great. Jason was professional, respectful, pleasant and quick. Once we showed him the key-in pad and the “box” in the closet, he got to work doing what needed to be done. He made about 5 quick trips from the pad to the “box”, including going to the car for a ladder. On his last round, he showed us how to install and use Rcontrol. We did not know it could be so easy to arm/disarm our security system. Thank you very much. Yes, we did switch from another service and Yes we will save money! We recently moved across town and switched our home alarm system monitoring company to GSS. They were quick to get us on their schedule and get our system up and running. As we were testing it out to make sure we understood how it worked, we triggered it and almost immediately got a call from them, making sure everything was okay.
